SPICHIGER, Kuen Kuen Liu

 

Nature, art and children — Kuen Kuen enjoys all three. In 2008, after finishing a master’s degree in art education, Kuen Kuen left school, work, and a ‘normal life’ to embark on a five-month journey across Southwest China. The exhilarating experience — particularly her six weeks in the town of Kaili in Guizhou — inspired her to make this book. Kuen Kuen and her family are currently living in a cabin in the woods in Pacific Northwest in Washington.
